Comfy, easy and quiet stay.
Positive: Communication throughout was brilliant, check in and out was easy, could park right outside the property, it looked just like the pictures.
Negative: It would be nice to have the back yard area decorated, maybe some artificial grass and seating, but I wouldn't say it's something I disliked.

Great location and Value
Positive: Location was perfect and having free car parking was a great added bonus, everything you could have needed and more. Great value for money, fabulous communication with hosts, would defo stay again if ever visiting Sunderland.
