Horrendous😂 Negative: The code wasn’t right when arrived. Water didn’t work, couldn’t bathe or shower. Stunk of eggs. Bones from left over Chinese all over the garden. Bins weren’t emptied.

Disappointed! Positive: Unfortunately, the property was not as advertised on Booking.com, and the cleanliness standards were extremely disappointing. We arrived at the property at around 11pm, but by 8am the following morning, we felt we had no choice but to check out due to the condition of the accommodation. The mattress was soiled and had several visible stains and marks. We also found hairs and what appeared to be blood stains on the bedsheets, which was completely unacceptable. The kitchen worktops were dirty, there was noticeable dust in the bedrooms, the windows were very dirty, and there were numerous marks on the walls. We also noticed basic maintenance issues, such as loose toilet seats, which could easily have been resolved before guests arrived. We contacted the property manager immediately and sent photographic evidence as soon as we left the property. Even the property manager appeared surprised by the condition shown in the pictures. We booked this property based on the photographs and description advertised on Booking.com, but unfortunately, what we experienced did not reflect what was advertised. We were travelling as a family and expected, at the very least, a clean and properly maintained place to stay. Having to leave less than 12 hours after arriving was extremely disappointing and caused unnecessary inconvenience to our family. Based on our experience, the property needs a thorough deep clean, proper maintenance and refurbishment before it can meet the standard guests reasonably expect. Negative: Unfortunately, our 4-day stay at this property was very disappointing. The mattress was soiled, and the whole house felt very run-down and in serious need of refurbishment. The property did not match our expectations based on the advertisement, which we found misleading. Communication was also poor. We were told we would receive a refund, but were then informed that we would have to wait until the original booking period had ended before being contacted. We were eventually offered just £29, which was disappointing considering the condition of the property and the experience we had. In the end, my family and I decided to leave and check into a Hilton hotel instead, and the difference was significant. For around £80, we had a clean, comfortable stay with breakfast included. Overall, this property was a major disappointment, and based on our experience, I would not recommend it unless significant improvements and refurbishment are made.

Positive: Certainly not a luxury facility. Got there ascessed and left. Had to book somewhere else. Negative: It wasn't what it said it was. Shouldn't be able to advertise as luxury.
